We will ship within 24-72 hours after payment of the order.

We will cooperate with different express companies for different regions, usually SF-Express and DHL.

WAiU have warehouses in China, Japan and Singapore. Your products will be shipped from these three warehouses based on stock availability.

If your order is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will be willing to help. To contact us, please click HELP in the bottom right corner to chat or send an email to info@waiubeauty.com.

We deliver to most countries and regions, if your country and region cannot be delivered, please contact us.

You can apply for a return within 30 days after you receive the product, but only if the product is unopened and the outer packaging is intact (usually our products have independent plastic seals and sealing labels).

If the product cannot be used due to non-human broken, please get in touch with us immediately. After confirming that it belongs to a product failure, we will bear the return shipping fee. After receiving the return, we will replace it with a new product and resend it to you.

Returns can be made in the following situations

①Orders that have not been shipped. After receiving your refund request, we will process it immediately, usually within 24 hours, and agree to your refund. The bank you are using may also require some processing time. Please consult your bank for the specific process time.

②For orders that have been shipped but have not yet arrived at your destination. we will recall your goods, but you will need to bear the shipping cost. After receiving the goods, we will immediately process and agree with your refund, usually within 48 hours.

③For orders that have been delivered but have not been unpacked. if the original packaging of the product has not been opened and used after you receive it, you can contact us and provide a complete photo of the product's outer packaging. After confirming that it is correct, we will provide a return address, usually a warehouse in China, Japan, or Singapore, but you will need to bear the shipping costs for sending and returning the product. If your country charges tariffs, you also need to bear the taxes. After receiving the goods, we will immediately process and agree with your refund, usually within 48 hours.

After we agree to your refund, it usually takes no more than 7 days for you to receive your refund. The bank you are using may also require some processing time. Please consult your bank for the specific process time.
